This role involves ensuring efficient service, assisting in team management, and developing staff to improve their performance. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in club management, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be dedicated to enhancing the guest experience. Formación
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a club and people.
- Strongly immersed in the hospitality and lifestyle industry.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in team deployment and resolve service disruptions.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory and manage cash transactions.
