Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive knowledge in sales hiring across the APJ region. The successful candidate will lead recruitment strategies for high-impact sales roles, manage relationships with senior business leaders, and mentor a team of recruiters. Candidates should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder management, along with a data-driven approach to hiring. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years managing teams in APJ.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment for senior sales roles.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management across APJ countries.
  • Experience leading a team of recruiters and sourcers.
  • Understanding of APJ talent market and hiring practices.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another APJ language is a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
