Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage costs and contracts for construction projects from design through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare cost estimates, review blueprints, manage budgets and contracts, liaise with clients and other professionals, and prepare tender documents.
- Monitor project expenses, negotiate terms, and assist with resolving contractual issues and disputes.
