Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service of lifts/escalators in Changi Airport.
• Apply correct work methods to ensure reliability and safe operations.
• Respond to breakdowns according to contract terms including standby duty.
• Release passengers from lift mantrap as required.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and carry out actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers on operational enquiries.
• Report timely to superiors and ensure Preventive Maintenance Sheet is signed.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments including technical support and training.
