Job Responsibilities:

Jewellery Photography:
• Capture high-quality images of jewellery for online listings and marketing materials.
• Ensure proper lighting, angles, and composition to create professional, visually appealing product images.
• Edit photos to enhance clarity, color, and detail for optimal presentation on various platforms.

Videography & Content Creation:
• Shoot and edit engaging videos for Instagram, Shopee, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Create short-form content that highlights jewellery designs, features, and promotions.
• Stay updated on social media trends to develop creative video concepts and ensure content resonates with the target audience.

Graphic Design & Artwork Creation:
• Design promotional posters, banners, and other marketing materials to support campaigns.
• Create visually appealing content for social media campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure branding consistency across all artwork and marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Order Fulfillment Support (Peak Periods):
• Assist in packing and preparing online orders during peak seasons, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet the brand’s standards before shipping.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are processed and shipped efficiently, meeting deadlines.

General Support:
• Assist in organizing and managing digital assets, ensuring files are easily accessible and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
• Provide support with other administrative and marketing tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Experience in graphic design and poster creation (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools).
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and emerging trends in fashion, jewellery, and social media.
• Ability to assist with order fulfillment during peak periods, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
