In this regard, the Governance and Experience team of Local Services seeks to preserve trust and uplift the user experience for TikTok Local Services, by designing and implementing end-to-end programmes that enable a safe, trustworthy and thriving international marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Devise data-driven analyses and strategies. Undertake key projects to solve ad-hoc problem statement across GNE operations (e.g., driving Moderation and Service automation and cost efficiencies, resolving key Customer experience pain points, assessing key Governance risks across Content, Merchant, Fulfilment and Anti-Fraud issues).
- Assess and devise GNE’s key input and output metrics horizontally across GNE functions. Support GNE functional teams to focus on appropriate outcomes and benchmarks. Work with cross-functional teams like Data Science and Data Engineering to implement such indicators.
- Undertake strategic planning activities (e.g., OKR tracking and target-setting, resource management, competitor benchmarking, etc.) horizontally across GNE’s functional domains. Coordinate key GNE meetings and activities, and track key outcomes.
- Provide additional data or analytical support to GNE functional teams as needed. Conduct ad-hoc operational investigations and case analyses to identify and resolve risks and user pain points.
- Synthesise research and analyses; and prepare written reports and presentations. Present outcomes and recommendations in a legible and structured format to management and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of strong experience in driving data-driven programmes within O2O, Local Services, E-commerce, Risks Management, Aftersales, Fulfilment, Return & Refund, Customer Service, etc.
- Strong Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong data acumen. Advanced proficiency in utilising querying and analytical tools (SQL), and conducting data analysis is necessary.
- Strong ability to independently conduct in-depth research, competitor benchmarking and data analytics projects.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. This role requires the ability to synthesise research and analysis, and to present the outcomes in a structured written format to management.
- Possesses strategic thinking, as well as programme management and communication skills, with the ability to manage and push complex projects.
