Position Overview

At Apollo, we are seeking a dedicated Associate Director to join our ISG Tech - App Development team. This role involves leading technology projects focused on application development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our business operations and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage application development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and technical standards.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in application development and project management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in application development and project management, preferably within the finance industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern development tools.
