Job Title: Business Analyst – Private Banking / Wealth Management

Location: Singapore

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Private Banking or Wealth Management for a strategic initiative at BJB, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across core banking systems, with specialized knowledge in at least one of several key banking domains. This is a high-priority role with exclusive sourcing rights to Virtusa for the initial one-week window.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Candidates must have:

1. Strong domain knowledge in Private Banking or Wealth Management
2. Experience with Temenos
3. Proven business analysis experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Securities Delivery, Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Digital Assets
• Physical Assets or Corporate Actions
• Payments
• Cash Accounts or Deposits
• EOX or Fees & Taxes

Professional & Technical Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT business analysis, systems engineering, or support roles within Core Banking, with a primary focus on Private Banking
• Familiarity with Credit Products (e.g., Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance), Derivatives, and Securities
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY)
• Strong exposure to PLWs, with the ability to define new processes and contribute to system implementation
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
