Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Direction
Develop and lead social media strategies that align with overall brand and marketing objectives.
Translate brand goals into creative campaign briefs and content directions for agency partners.
Guide storytelling, content themes, and activation concepts that resonate with our audience and reflect brand identity.
Identify growth opportunities across platforms to elevate visibility, relevance, and community engagement.
Campaign & Content Oversight
Work with agencies to implement and execute campaigns — providing clear direction and feedback.
Ensure all social media content (from visuals to captions) aligns with brand tone, voice, and visual standards.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform innovations, and cultural moments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Occasionally create or adapt visual assets (e.g., story templates, simple static posts) using design tools when needed.
Performance & Community Growth
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategy refinements.
Collaborate with agencies on community-building efforts and meaningful engagement strategies.
Partner with the internal marketing team to ensure social media initiatives support broader campaign and business objectives.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, or a related field.
Deep passion for and active engagement with social media — you live and breathe platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and stay on top of what's trending, viral, and culturally relevant.
Comfortable working with creative and content agencies — able to give constructive feedback and maintain brand consistency.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar — with the ability to create visually compelling social media content as needed.
