COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Allied Food is a food import and distribution company under the Allied Container Group.

Headquartered in Singapore, the company is a mid-sized enterprise with over 300 employees, and actively collaborates with leading corporations from Korea, Malaysia, and Japan.

Currently, Singapore produces only 10% of its food domestically and imports the remaining 90%, making this a highly promising and sustainable industry.

DESIGNATION : [Allied Food] Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and revenue on Shopee and Lazada.
  • Coordinate content production such as product photoshoots, digital imaging, video creation and artwork development for EC platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, trends, and campaign effectiveness to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and return handling.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support through online platforms.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of online strategies.
  • Maintain and update e-commerce websites to optimize user experience and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports covering sales, traffic, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and related backend systems.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO platforms, Canva, and AI tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
