Responsibilities
- Plan and implement year-round promotions and campaigns to drive sales and awareness, including designing mechanics, engaging with retailers/tenants, and developing communication plans.
- Liaise and manage external vendors such as contractors, event companies, and social media agencies for campaign launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data analytics, measure marketing initiatives, and automate insights to enhance sales conversion and ROI.
- Manage editorial content and promotions across platforms to boost engagement, including digital marketing strategies like social media marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to assess effectiveness in terms of traffic and performance.
- Drive revenue through marketing of atrium spaces, advertising, and new revenue streams.
- Monitor campaign budgets and revenue drivers.
- Supervise concierge work schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as financial processes, procurement, and operational coordination.
- Assist with designing posters, decals, signage, and displays as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail/mall marketing or similar roles; experience in event management and advertising sales is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, paid media, and analytics.
- Performance-driven, meticulous, and outcome-oriented.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
