A leading company in Singapore is seeking a part-time administrative assistant for 2-3 days a week. The candidate will manage administrative tasks, design content, and assist with office management. A minimum local Diploma or Degree is required along with proficiency in Apple apps and Canva. This role demands self-motivation and independence while contributing to the team's efficiency.
Working days: ONLY 2-3 days per week, 10am-4pm
Location: Alexandra Road (8 mins walk from Labrador Park MRT Station)
Minimum commitment period: 6 months
Job Description
• Handles all administrative task given
• Designing of content
• Prepare infographics
• Handle recruitment matters
• Providing support for office management when necessary
• Maintain organized and neat filing system
• Undertaking ad hoc duties given by Manager
Job Requirement
• Minimum local Diploma/ Degree
• Good with numbers, Apple apps and pages
• Knows how to use Canva
• Good with administrative follow ups
• Ability to follow through daily tasks
• Self driven, determined and independent
