We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Communications Executive to join the company's marketing and advertising divisions, overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives. Your role involves developing and implementing offline and online marketing plans and strategies for multiple brands across regions.
As the Senior Marketing Communications Executive, you will support strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing online and offline communication campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving brand awareness ensuring our brand message resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to achieve business objectives.
Conceptualize and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including email, social media, print, and events.
Manage day-to-day activities of brand management, product management, digital marketing, marketing artwork and creatives, marketing communications, and content management.
Oversee e-commerce websites and e-stores, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines and messaging.
Manage and execute social media content and email marketing strategies.
Collaborate with vendors to optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns for better visibility and conversions.
Collaborate across teams to analyze data, recommend new growth strategies, and foster creativity.
Conduct regular research to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and marketing technologies.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of marketing, ideally within e-commerce, retail or lifestyle brands
Experience in B2B/B2C social media, SEO, Google Adwords, and email campaigns.
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Bilingual abilities (Mandarin/Chinese) are a plus.
Experience in managing external agencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Klaviyo email marketing system, and e-commerce platforms [Shopify, Magento].
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva.
