Job description

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and grow business opportunities in Southeast Asia markets.

  • Engage with companies and local partners to promote training programs.

  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable learning solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and training partners.

  • Prepare training proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Marketing Management

  • Conduct regular visits to corporate clients and training partners to strengthen relationships

  • Deliver acorporate presentation about the training centre’s offering.

  • Promote key programs relevant to each client’s industry

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and course enrolment.

  • Create marketing content tailored to regional audiences, including email, promotional materials, and website content.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to promote courses, events, and success stories.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing; experience in the education or training sector is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and cultural nuances.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin preferred.

  • Flexible and available for business travel

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

  • Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) will be preferred.
