Your Mission

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be the creative engine behind our TikTok and community marketing. You’ll work directly with our founding team to strategize and execute campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and product sales. From filming UGC to shaping Telegram community vibes — you’ll be in the thick of everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Plan, shoot & edit UGC-style TikTok videos for both our main and affiliate accounts that converts
2. Build and manage a monthly content calendar across TikTok & Instagram
3. Manage Telegram community: schedule messages, plan engagement hooks, & maintain broadcast consistency
4. Design simple but impactful marketing materials: banners, product visuals, print assets, and educational graphics
5. Host or support live-selling sessions on TikTok or IG
6. Brainstorm and execute creative content campaigns and product pushes
7. Track performance and propose creative improvements

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are comfortable with TikTok trends and confident on camera
• Have some editing or design know-how (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Love working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Are organised, independent, and take initiative
• Want to grow in the world of creator commerce, content & community
• Bonus: You’ve dabbled in live-selling, TikTok Shop, or marketing for e-commerce brands
