Halcyon Real Estate is a boutique residential leasing agency in Singapore, known for premium service, curated listings, and strong client relationships. We’re seeking a resourceful, creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts — from brand presence to listing promotion, across both digital and offline platforms. This is an independent, all-rounder role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of our entire marketing function. We’re looking for someone with creative drive, attention to detail, and passion for marketing beautiful homes.
Develop and maintain brand assets across all platforms (social media, website, print)
Plan, schedule, and post consistent content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Design marketing materials such as brochures, EDMs, name cards, banners, and signage
Support with basic copywriting for captions, flyers, and internal communications
Capture and create content to showcase Halcyon’s identity, team, and service values
Photograph and film new listings — including interiors, exteriors, and neighborhood highlights
Edit and produce professional visual content (photo and video) for use across portals and social media
Design and distribute listing brochures, flyers, and EDMs to promote properties
Ensure listings on Property Listing websites, and company website are well-presented and regularly updated.
Create short-form videos or reels to promote key listings or rental market trends.
Coordinate signboards, print ads, and mail drops for listings and branding campaigns
Support and manage simple events, viewings, roadshows, or promotional activations
Liaise with printers, photographers, and vendors for marketing-related materials
Ensure brand consistency across physical marketing channels
Track performance of marketing activities (reach, leads, engagement)
Maintain marketing asset library (photos, videos, designs, templates)
Handle basic marketing admin and support the team with presentation materials
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, content, or creative role
Proficient in photography and videography (including editing)
Skilled in Canva, Filmora (or equivalent tools) for content and collateral creation
Strong command of written English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and on-site
Experience in the real estate industry
Familiarity with social media marketing trends (e.g., Reels, TikTok-style edits)
