We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Support to join us. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare business operations, ensuring smooth coordination of patient matters, and assisting with administrative and billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the business development team.
  • Assist in handling billing matters and ensuring timely processing of payments. Verify the accuracy of invoice data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate and follow up on patient-related matters in a professional and efficient manner. Address and resolve billing issues or discrepancies as they arise.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • A diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
