Working Hours:
Mon – Fri (If BDM is not in Singapore)
Follow BDM’s schedule (If BDM is in Singapore, with 1 off day per week)
Location:Outram Park (with frequent travel around Southeast Asia)
Salary:S$ 4,000 - 5,000 + Overseas Allowance
Job Description:
Perform basic PA duties, including booking hotels, restaurants, and air tickets for guests or VIPs.
Travel around Southeast Asia with the Business Development Manager (BDM) for client meetings and new investment projects.
Learn from the BDM and assist in business development activities.
Follow and meet potential clients to support new business opportunities.
Maintain flexibility in work schedule and tasks as required.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth logistics for the BDM and guests.
Requirements:
Degree and above
Relevant experience / Willing to learn
