The Quant Trading team is responsible for trading and managing risks associated with different crypto products, including spots and derivatives. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time risk/P&L/funding/system health status
• Covers trading hedging/reporting/parameter update operations
• Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance
• Optimize working flow and improve operation efficiency
• Work with quant trader/developers/risk manager to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic
  

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in quantitative discipline from top global universities
• Minimum 1 year of experience with trading
• Have exposure to Python and an interest to expand your technical skills
• Have strong analytical skills and pay high attention to details
• Work under high pressure efficiently
