Assist the Head of Business Management in implementing the SEA business strategy of the business units (with a special focus on Global Trade) and support the general management of the Branch operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparations of various internal reports and dashboards for management
  • Financial performance reports, forecasting, deal tracking
  • Business Reviews, ad hoc reports
  • Budget and planning follow up
  • Support business development initiatives
  • New products and new activity
  • Roadmap follow up
  • Day to day deal support
  • Deal pipe and revenue booking follow up
  • Support function liaising
  • Support general management and coordination of the SEA Platform
  • Branch organization matters
  • Management meeting preparations and follow up
  • Create presentations and various documentations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-motivated, good team player, customer focused, ability to take responsibility and work independently on projects;
  • Strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
