Job description

Contract Period: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

The role requires the incumbent to provide administrative support to the Corporate Services team in

Resource and Organisation Development, with a focus on manpower administration and general

administrative duties.

Tasks include but not limited to the following: -

• Assisting in manpower-related administrative tasks such as tracking staff movements, maintaining staff records, forms creation, etc.

• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes including preparation of documentation, coordination of IT access, and workstation setup;

• Coordinating branch meetings including scheduling, sending meeting invites, booking venues, and taking/compiling minutes;

• Supporting the coordination with various partners to facilitate the recruitment, onboarding and exit of staff, interns and casuals;

• Undertaking any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and Degree

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Experience in administrative support work preferred

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Team player with positive working attitude
