A leading recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking an energetic individual to manage a range of administrative tasks supporting career events and job portal management. This role requires coordination skills, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ideal candidates will be degree holders with an interest in recruitment services and event management.
1. Attend to enquiries on general enquiry, recruitment events, career portal and billing sent to role-based email accounts.
2. Management of Career Office Job Portal including:
· Review of employer registrations and job postings
· Review and follow up of job change requests
· Review and approval of employer contact login requests
· Upkeep and ensure Job Portal User Guide is up-to-date
· Review and approval of new employers’ accounts
· Creation of employer events and monitoring of events sign-up
3. Support a team of Industry Relations Consultants in organising and executing recruitment events (including but not limited to mass fairs, recruitment talks, roadshows, online). This involves:
· Pre-event liaison with external stakeholders (i.e., employers, third-party vendors) and internal stakeholders (i.e., IT support, AV support, facilities booking)
· Actual-event day support involving on-site support to employers and students
· Post-event follow-ups, e.g., outstanding invoicing
4. Collation and analysis of data pertaining to coaching sessions, employers, recruitment events conducted and students’ consultation for strategy planning, reporting to stakeholders and management
5. Compilation of content and support the preparation of marketing collaterals for students (e.g., Weekly Job Blast) and employers
6. Other administrative and ad-hoc duties.
