A leading company in Singapore is seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and coordinate travel arrangements. The successful candidate will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure an efficient reception area, along with sourcing and comparing ticketing options across various platforms. This role offers a monthly salary of up to SGD 2500, with working hours from Monday to Friday, plus a degree of flexibility for time-sensitive bookings.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. In addition to performing standard receptionist and administrative duties, this role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, including sourcing and comparing ticket options across various platforms and travel agents. The selected candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and comfortable with presenting ticketing comparisons for management review and final approval.
