Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract

Only Singaporean

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams during the design and implementation phases.
• Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Maintain and update project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Assist in refining workflows and ensuring optimal user experience.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of technical stacks such as Java, React, Spring Boot, NodeJS, etc. (good to have).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to support wireframing and workflow design.
• Understanding of data flow diagrams, process mapping, or API documentation.
• Previous experience in web or mobile application projects.
