• Manage inquiries from individual and corporate donors, sponsors, fundraisers and community partners. Support fundraising administrative duties including preparing funding proposals, donation appeals, appreciation letters/emails, donor reports and management of donor data.
• Assist with acquisition of new donors, partners, and development of fundraising projects.
• Build and grow CSR partners to support advocacy work and programme.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and fundraising events, including charity concerts and digital fundraising campaigns.
• Writing, editing and proofreading marketing and fundraising content.
• Assist with the timely productions of donor marketing materials such as annual reports, publications, collaterals and design.
• Maintain all records of fundraising projects. File reports and claims as required.
• Manage vendors and suppliers.
• Attend and support internal and external meetings, including minutes taking, when required.
• Support and promote fundraising activities.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Executive Director from time to time.

• Minimally degree in any discipline
• Prior Experience in the same capacity would be preferred
