Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Executive to manage inventory, device preparation, shipment coordination, and light after‑sales support. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, technically inclined, and comfortable working across both operational and support functions.
The role is not a daily shipping role, so the candidate should be flexible and willing to support customers and internal teams with basic troubleshooting of hardware and software when required.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Operations
- Maintain and track inventory of devices, accessories, and consumables
- Assemble kits by packing devices and accessories into boxes as per project requirements
- Label, document, and prepare shipments for local and international delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams for shipment scheduling
- Prepare and manage shipping paperwork (packing lists, invoices, customs / re-export documents where applicable)
Device Setup & Testing
- Install and configure applications on tablets and devices
- Perform basic device setup (MDM enrollment, app installation, single-app mode where applicable)
- Test devices and kits before shipment to ensure functionality
- Record serial numbers, device status, and deployment details
After‑Sales & Support (as required)
- Provide basic after‑sales support when shipment workload is low
- Troubleshoot common hardware issues (connectivity, charging, device pairing, sensor issues)
- Troubleshoot basic software issues (app login, data sync, connectivity)
- Coordinate with technical teams or vendors for escalations when needed
- Assist in replacement, swap‑out, or repair logistics
Process & Coordination
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deployment and support
- Maintain clear documentation for inventory, shipments, and support cases
- Support continuous improvement of operational and support processes
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or device deployment preferred
- Comfortable working with tablets, mobile apps, and basic IT setup
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and well organised
- Able to follow checklists and SOPs accurately
- Willing to support customers and internal teams on an ad‑hoc basis
- Good communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset
- Experience with healthcare devices, IoT devices, or tech deployments is a plus (but not mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience with MDM tools (Intune, ABM, or similar)
- Experience handling international shipments or customs documentation
- Prior after‑sales or technical support experience
