System Analyst – Dynamics AX & 365
Role Overview
The System Analyst will proactively and holistically support technology transformation and optimization initiatives focused on growing revenue, optimizing costs, and mitigating risks. They will serve as an internal subject‑matter expert for supply chain management and manufacturing processes, providing actionable technology‑oriented recommendations and managing strategic technology deployments to deliver targeted business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide solution services delivery to supply chain and manufacturing functions.
- Ensure alignment of activities with business needs and proper execution.
- Solutioning for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Dynamics AX 2012 across multiple HSO sites.
- Customize the ERP system to deliver solutions aligned with user business requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes to Microsoft Dynamics ERP offerings, including application functional updates.
- Gather requirements, document scope, and understand business processes.
- Support an IT/Platform Reference Architecture Model to support long‑term strategy and digital transformation.
- Monitor architectural roadmaps to mitigate business risks related to systems and technology.
- Capture demands for new solutions, review strategic impact, and coordinate with delivery teams.
- Serve as a business requirement expert supporting platform development and testing.
- Steer Change Advisory Boards to ensure changes yield business value.
- Support management dashboard creation to demonstrate business value delivered.
- Ensure compliance to computer systems validation for relevant IT services.
- Identify and manage IT process risks supporting GxP systems.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Substantial experience with business process analysis and/or reengineering in supply chain management and manufacturing functions.
- Experience implementing ERP – AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven program and business process management principles, processes, and tools.
- Understanding of agile principles and frameworks at the enterprise level.
- Passion to work for a global medical technology organization.
- Knowledge of Morph X / X++ / AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations technical aspects.
- Basic SQL Server – SSRS, SSIS knowledge.
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare).
- Experience with computer systems validation compliance in a GxP environment.
