Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Strategist to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our brand stands out. You will coordinate with our Mandarin-speaking supplier, manage brand communications, and oversee marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand development and communication strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth coordination with the Chinese suppliers.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, operations) to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferable in biotech or healthcare.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
