Assistant Clinic Manager

Working day: 5.5 days' work week

Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9.00am – 5pm) | Sat (9.00am – 1:00pm)

Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000

Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
  • Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave and LOGs.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
  • Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.
  • Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.
Clinic Assistant

Location: Mt Elizabeth Hospital, Orchard

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the clinic to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Provide support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the smooth running of the assigned clinic.
  • Handle all aspects of front-line customer service, including cashiering, appointment scheduling, registration, and responding to patient enquiries.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to insurance claims, Medisave transactions and LOGs.
  • Liaise with patients, vendors, suppliers, and relevant local regulatory authorities as required.
  • Assist in the renewal and maintenance of relevant clinic licenses and documentation.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director to support clinic operations.
