AgeWell SG programme is a national programme to focus on successful aging in the community. This programme shall require community-based care sectoral digital transformation to uplift digital, data and cyber security capabilities within the community-based care sector in order to enable better care coordination amongst service providers and between providers and AIC/MOH.
The Technology Planner will manage the execution of cross-functional programmes from initiation to completion. The candidate will partner up with programme management teams, business teams and determines programme goals that support business objectives and strategies. The candidate will be directing a team of professionals and third-party vendors or service providers towards reaching organisational goals related to programmes. He manages risks that affect the delivery of outcomes.
Develop the integrated project plan to ensure the delivery of time, cost and quality metrics across the project
Review project progress
Guide project team to develop corrective actions, as needed
Develop credibility with stakeholders to deepen client relationships
Work with division and cross-divisional management and project sponsors to gain agreement and manage expectations
Support team in resolving escalations and make trade-off decisions as needed to reconcile deliverables with client objectives
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT project management and developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
Experience with presentation and engaging senior decision makers is preferred
Prior knowledge in healthcare and community care is preferred
