Accountant – AR/AP & Financial Operations

Location: Singapore | Full-Time | Healthcare & Life Sciences

Hudson Recruitment working with a rapidly growing healthcare/life sciences organization seeking a Finance Executive (AR, AP & Financial Operations) to support their core finance functions across Asia and the U.S. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR/AP processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Drive collections with hospitals and institutional partners.
• Conduct 3-way matching for purchases and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Handle GST filings and assist in audit preparation.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA-qualified or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Skilled in Excel; experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
