• Must be able to coordinate with site teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities.
• Conduct subcontractor sourcing and price negotiations.
• Manage progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Monitor and control project budgets and cost forecasting.
• Support Project Managers on site measurements and cost reconciliation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and pricing breakdowns
• Conduct subcontractor sourcing, quotation evaluations, and price negotiations
• Manage progress claims, interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
• Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasting, and procurement tracking
• Support Project Managers on site measurements, VO justifications, and cost reconciliation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers for commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements

🧩 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction-related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in interior fit-out, A&A, or healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction cost practices, contract terms, and SIA/PSSCOC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam), and project documentation
• Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently
• Must be able to manage tight deadlines and coordinate with site teams and vendors
