What you will be doing

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of our telemedicine services.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

• Manage a network of locum doctors, including onboarding, platform training, manpower rostering, quality control, and payment processing

• Act as the primary point of contact for doctors to resolve real-time issues

• Harness data insights to manage doctor-to-patient ratio and wait time SLAs

• Create, implement, and ensure adherence to protocols

• Ad hoc operational tasks as required
