[Gov Healthcare, Good Bonus!] Patient Service Associate (Emergency Dept) - 3 Shifts @ Jurong #HJCT
Job Description & Requirements
- 3 Shifts, Any 5 days (44Hours/ week)
- Full Perm staff Benefits – Comes with AWS and VB
- 3 months probation
JD :
- Register patients for consultation
- Attend to queries from both internal and external customers
- Render assistance to patients when necessary
- Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up
Requirements
• Previous experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends and PH
