Accounts Assistant (AR) – Detail‑Oriented Finance Support
Job summary
A financial services firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive to support the Finance Manager in daily financial operations. Responsibilities include generating sales invoices, processing receipts, and handling Accounts Receivables. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Accountancy, be proficient in MS Excel, and exhibit strong attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Qualifications
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Highly meticulous, reliable, and able to meet job objectives.
Responsibilities
- Generating and posting sales invoices in high volume.
- Supporting Accounts Receivables function, including processing daily receipts.
- Performing bank receipts reconciliations.
