Job description

Admin/Ops Executive | Location: Orchard | Working days & time: Mon to Sat 9.30am to 8pm, Sun 9.30am to 7pm (6 days work week, off on weekday) | Salary: $2100-$2400

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage international shipments for high-value items
• Generate FedEx export labels and shipping documentation
• Coordinate shipping insurance and required permits
• Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery
• Liaise with courier partners and internal teams

Retail Showroom Operations

• Perform daily opening duties and general showroom housekeeping
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment
• Assist clients with after-sales services and order collection
• Coordinate with sales and production teams

Backend & Operational Support

• Operate 3D printers to produce models for internal use
• Support general backend operational tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a retail showroom environment
