Main Job Scope:

• Overseeing and managing event venue booking and usage
• Ensuring proper documentation of venue bookings is recorded and kept in an orderly manner
• Assisting hirers with their requests pertaining to venue bookings
• Regularly updating on matters relating to venue bookings and management
• Documenting and highlighting matters of concern pertaining to venues, hirers, and bookings to management
• Coordinating and liaising with existing term contractors (Facilities, cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
• Coordinating and conducting monthly management meetings
• Attending to all enquiries, conducting site show rounds, and meetings with venue hirers, tracking all venue hirers
• Performing handover and return of event spaces before and after events, ensuring the condition of the venue is the same as prior to its use
• Being on-site or nearby at all times to provide immediate support and check for compliance by the venue hirer
• Handling all feedback and complaints from the public and all correspondence with the venue hirer
• Following up with clients and arranging appointments to meet with them
• NOTE: Overtime will be compensated with off-in-lieu
