Job summary
A leading education provider in Singapore is seeking dedicated educators to implement engaging lesson plans and ensure the developmental needs of children are met. This role involves managing classrooms effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and building strong relationships with families. Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans and creative activities to foster children's holistic development.
- Ensure the safety and personal hygiene of children creating a secure environment.
- Manage class effectively with positive discipline strategies and a structured learning environment.
- Assess and document children's progress, addressing developmental concerns with parents.
- Build strong relationships with families, communicate effectively, and mentor new educators.

Implement engaging lesson plans, creative activities, and experiential learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of children and foster their holistic development. - Custodial Care
Ensure the safety, well-being, and personal hygiene of children while helping them feel secure and supported in their environment. - Class Management
Create a positive and structured learning environment through effective classroom management and the use of positive discipline strategies. - Evaluation & Reporting
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, addressing any developmental concerns in collaboration with parents and supervisors. - Collaboration & Mentoring
Build strong relationships with families, communicate children’s progress effectively, and mentor new teachers and interns by sharing best practices.
