Job Description

You will specialise in paediatric caseloads (0-18 years of age) in the inpatient and outpatient setting. You will assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders in paediatrics, and evaluate and shape assessment and management practices. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care, provide education to patients, caregivers and other healthcare professionals, as well as engage in research activities. Other job duties include, involved in managing daily operations and department resources, and contribute towards staff development. You will also be involved in implementing the department's initiatives and programmes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Entry Level Master in Speech Language Therapy or its equivalent
  • A team player with leadership quality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in paediatric speech and language is an asset
  • Experience in dysphagia assessment and intervention in adults or paediatrics will be an added advantage
