Job summary
A luxury entertainment and resort company in Singapore is seeking an experienced video editor to perform offline editing and manage post-production processes. You will collaborate with producers to ensure quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a media-related degree and 5+ years of video editing experience, along with a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite. Perform offline video editing, crafting compelling narratives and refining story flow in alignment with creative direction and brand guidelines.
Support the post-production team by handling technical tasks including media management, transcoding, syncing, and conforming footage for both internal and external projects.
Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure smooth handovers between offline and online stages, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Assist in organizing and managing project files, proxies, and assets across various platforms and formats.
Implement editorial changes based on client or internal feedback while ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
Ensure all video outputs adhere to specifications for delivery across social media, corporate, and broadcast platforms.
Stay updated on industry-standard editing workflows, post-production tools, and best practices to continuously improve efficiency and output quality.
A commitment to high-quality work and drive to improve.
Curious and resourceful in understanding industry best practices.
Diploma or degree in a media-related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Focused, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proactive, resourceful, and curious about new trends and technologies.
