We’re The Good Side—a Singapore-based creative studio built by a ten-year veteran videographer and a published poet. Trends and shiny aesthetics are fine, but our north star is capturing the soul of each brand we serve.

We’re searching for a dedicated & passionate Video Editor who can translate that mission into modern cuts that stop thumbs mid-scroll. You’ll stitch footage (shot by our team) into social-first stories—think quick pans, dynamic reframes, playful on-screen typography, and the occasional filter tweak that sells a mood.

What you’ll do

1) Edit short-form and long-form videos for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, campaign films, etc.).
2) Experiment with rhythm—fast cuts, speed-ramps, whip pans, jump cuts, match edits.
3) Layer in titles, motion graphics, and sound design that push the narrative forward.
4) A huge plus if you know how to leverage AI tools to accelerate rough cuts, captioning, VFX, and versioning.
5) Manage multiple timelines and hit rapid turnarounds without sacrificing craft.
6) Collaborate with our creative leads to refine concepts and iterate quickly on feedback.Must-haves

Must Haves

1) A razor-sharp eye for pacing and visual storytelling.
2) Comfort working remotely and communicating async.
3) Proficiency in numerous Editing Softward.
4) Practical experience with at least one AI-powered video-or-post-production tool.
5) Hunger to experiment, learn, and push into unfamiliar territory.
6) Reliable, self-driven work ethic—speed matters, but so does polish.

Nice-to-haves

1) Basic color-grading chops.
2) Design or typography fluency.
3) Familiarity with social performance metrics (so you know why some edits win).
