Job summary

A maritime services company located in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Assistant. In this role, you will handle customer enquiries, perform data entry, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a secondary education, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of MS-Office tools and a proactive approach are essential. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to customer enquiries via email or phone call.
  • Calling Agent/Supply Boat & Vessel for POD endorsement.
  • Data entry and support daily operations.
