As a Procurement Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Manage procurement, stock control, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies for assigned clinics
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including supplier sourcing, purchasing coordination, inventory tracking, and logistics support
  • Ensure all procurement and storage practices comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining procurement-related policies, procedures, and documentation in line with healthcare and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDP, GDPMDS, ISO standards)
  • Provide support for specialised service requirements, including medication supply for maritime or offshore operations
  • Perform administrative duties such as system updates, inventory records, and data input to support operational accuracy
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) with a valid practising certificate
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a pharmacist
  • Prior experience handling clinical consumables, medical equipment, or related services would be an added advantage
