Job summary

A Singapore-based engineering and construction firm is seeking candidates for procurement-related responsibilities including processing purchase requisitions and maintaining data integrity. The role requires strong teamwork and adaptability skills. Candidates with or without experience who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities also include monitoring subcontract costs and arrangements for tools and machinery rental or repair.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement data input and integrity.
• Review and analyse purchase requisitions.
• Monitor costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts.
• Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues.
• Arrange lorry and site tools & machineries rental/repair service.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Company.
