Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative work and administrative support to the Business Team
  • Filtering and identifying of incoming emails
  • Data entries and document management
  • Compiling of administrative work and updating of records into excel spreadsheet
  • Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
Requirement
  • Min. NITEC in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in Administrative / Coordination
  • Prior work experience in managing task with tight timeline added advantage
  • Comfortable to work OT outside of official work hours / work days if required
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
  • Detailed and meticulous
