Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of accounting experience and holds an LCCI/ACCA qualification. Strong communication skills in Chinese are essential. Working days are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of accounting experience required.
- Ability to communicate with Chinese customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily finance operations including AR and AP functions.
- Generate daily billing and AR statement of account.
- Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation.
Skills
Education
- Handle daily finance operations [AR & AP functions]
- Generate daily billing and AR statement of account
- Generate GST input and output tax report from AutoCount
- Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation
- Assist in prepare the standard GL schedule; prepaid and accrual
- Monitor and coordinate unbill job services number in the system
- Debt collection for long overdue invoice.
- Admin and ad-hoc duties
- Able to communicate and handle with our Chinese customers.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- LCCI/ACCA qualification
Working days : Monday to Friday
Working hours : 9:00 -6:00
