Overview

Senior Account Executive / Finance Executive - Full Set. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and comply with financial reporting guidelines
• Prepare and review annual budget, prepare financial statements
• Perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
• Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls.
• Responsible for grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax report, etc
• Daily accounting operations:
• Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.
• Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain daily cash management
• Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger account
• Prepare management accounts
• Prepare GST returns and submission
• To assist in other adhoc duties as & when assigned
