Job summary
A leading financial services company in Singapore seeks an experienced financial professional to oversee financial reporting and compliance, manage accounting functions, and support budgeting processes. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the automotive or trading sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is essential.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cashflow reports to ensure liquidity.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial reports.
- Develop and finalize monthly management reports for evaluation.
- Supervise AP functions and oversee billing and payments.
- Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns to ensure compliance.
- Support tax filing preparations and coordination with tax professionals.
- Prepare financial statements for annual audits.
- Collaborate with operational teams for financial data accuracy.
- Calculate monthly finance commission payouts.

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cashflow reports to ensure liquidity and appropriate fund distribution
- Ensure timely month‑end closing and accurate financial reports in alignment with established accounting standards
- Develop and finalize monthly management reports, financial schedules, and analytical insights for management evaluation
- Supervise AP and AP functions, overseeing billing, payments, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
- Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by supplying relevant financial insights and analyses
- Prepare quarterly GST returns to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support tax filing preparations, which include schedule management, tax computations, and coordination with tax professionals
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation while liaising with external auditors for annual audits
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and promote seamless coordination between finance and operations
- Calculate and verify monthly finance commission payouts
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive or trading sectors is advantageous
