Job summary

A leading engineering company based in Singapore is looking for a sales specialist to target new customers for their robotics and automation products. This role involves executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Engineering and 1-2 years of sales experience. Strong communication and technical skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE “O” Levels or Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical.
  • 1-2 years of industrial product sales experience.
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new customers and markets for robotics and automation products.
  • Execute and implement strategies, prepare quotations and proforma.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets to achieve sales targets.
  • Report to sales director and establish action plans.
  • Generate sales leads, secure orders, negotiate prices, and complete sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of technical products.
  • Perform other admin duties.

Requirements

  • Own transportation will be an advantage.
