A leading engineering company based in Singapore is looking for a sales specialist to target new customers for their robotics and automation products. This role involves executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Engineering and 1-2 years of sales experience. Strong communication and technical skills are required.
Identify and target new customers and markets for robotics and automation products. Execute and implement strategies, prepare quotations and proforma. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and coordinate efforts to ensure sales targets are achieved. Report to sales director and establish action plans according to corporate objectives. Generate sales lead, follow up after initial contact, secure orders, negotiate prices and complete sales. Maintain an extensive knowledge of our company’s technical products. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, and contribution to overall sales team and business success. Perform other admin duties.
