• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

• Develop visual concepts for multiple campaigns running at the same time on social media and e-commerce.
• Turn creative briefs into clear visual stories, including storyboards and quick prototypes, to gain stakeholder alignment.
• Use AI tools to create and refine images, including developing prompts and improving outputs through iterations.
• Support AI-enhanced photography by guiding lighting, composition, styling, and shot sequences.
• Contribute to social-first content creation, particularly short-form videos.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative work to different audiences, platforms, and placements.
• Manage timelines and priorities across several brands and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
• Review performance data and adjust creatives quickly to improve engagement and results.
• Work closely with designers, technical specialists, and client service teams.
• Present creative ideas clearly, explaining the thinking and approach behind each concept.
• Help develop visual identity systems and campaign toolkits based on brand strategy and market understanding.

li>At least 3 years of motion graphics experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• At least 2 years of experience creating motion graphics content for social media.
• Advanced skills in motion graphics software.
• Proficiency in using AI-based creative tools for video or visual generation, including prompt creation and iterative workflows.
